Digital transformation of your company

Grow your business
through
automation. orchestration. AI.

For over 20 years we have worked side by side with clients - defining goals, designing processes and delivering solutions that work. We have built a methodology PAF - Pragmatic Automation Framework, that makes projects predictable and effective - even when technology changes faster than the plans.

How we do it

Most automation projects
start with the wrong question.

Most automation projects start with: "Which system should we use?". This leads to silos, processes forced by architecture, and deployments that technically work - but change nothing in business results.

We start differently.

Before we choose technology, we ask: "What exactly do you want to achieve?" and "How will you know you have achieved it?". Only those answers set the direction.

That is how PAF works.

A proprietary project methodology we have been refining for over 20 years. It delivers more value, faster, and with less risk.

Three steps that
change the project outcome.

Proven

UiPath, Camunda and Temporal are three layers of one architecture. Each partnership - confirmed by certification.

Process layer

Agentic Orchestration of end-to-end processes. Deterministic BPMN flows and dynamic AI agents for exceptions - in one system.

BPM Cloud native

We design and deliver end-to-end processes on BPMN + DMN platforms. Orchestration instead of silos. Agentic AI inside the diagram, not alongside it.

System layer

Reliable execution of long-running, stateful workflows for microservices, LLM pipelines and Agentic AI at production scale.

Durable Execution

We build mission-critical systems on Temporal - reliable LLM pipelines, provisioning, OCS. State and history of every process, always, in production.

Task layer

Process automation and system integration without APIs. From classic RPA to autonomous agents acting in interfaces.

Agentic RPA

Automation of repetitive tasks where integration is not cost-effective. Robot fleets with full governance and observability - no black boxes.

Why are large organisations investing
in process orchestration and AI?

79%

of decision-makers plan to increase automation and AI budgets within 2 years

50+

endpoints the average corporation must coordinate - AI without orchestration creates chaos here

81%

of business leaders believe that without agentic orchestration, the autonomous enterprise will remain an illusion

AI without orchestration is chaos. Agents operating outside controlled processes generate risk, not value. Companies that combine AI with orchestration win - the rest are left with operational debt.

Telecommunications

Multichannel sales in a telecom company

Wyzwanie
Sales opportunities were lost in the multichannel process before reaching the right place.
Co zrobiliśmy
We designed a lead management system with a task-routing algorithm and an interface people actually want to use.
Rezultat
Over 95% of tasks handled automatically. Several million sales opportunities a year with no headcount increase.
Insurance

Underwriting in insurance

Wyzwanie
Manual document circulation - critical decisions took days instead of hours.
Co zrobiliśmy
Automated decisions on classified document data, compliant with regulatory requirements.
Rezultat
Decision time cut from days to a few hours.
Manufacturing

Order fulfilment in a manufacturing company

Wyzwanie
Loss of production, logistics and warehouse capacity due to lack of process flexibility.
Co zrobiliśmy
We analysed the end-to-end process and proposed a significant redesign and automation of the key bottleneck.
Rezultat
Radical reduction of logistics planning translates into freed capacity or savings in response to dynamic market changes.

Let's start with one conversation.

We connect strategy, processes, organisation and technology - and take co-responsibility for the outcome. We do not hand over documentation and disappear. We work together from the first workshop to a live system in production - and beyond.

Frequently asked questions
about process automation

How does PAF differ from a traditional IT implementation?

Traditional IT projects focus on lines of code. Horus's proprietary PAF methodology is a workshop-driven process focused on delivering value. It consists of 5 mind maps (Profit, Challenge, Road, Delivery, Rollout) that safeguard the entire project - from understanding business challenges, through designing the target architecture (TO-BE), to full competence transfer to the client's internal IT teams.

Why is technology independence important in automation?

Organisations often fall into vendor lock-in, which limits flexibility and drives up costs. Horus promotes open standards (BPMN notation) and open-source systems (Camunda, n8n), making it easy to decouple process logic from monolithic systems.

What is Agentic Automation and how does Horus implement it?

Agentic Automation refers to AI systems that do not just follow instructions, but can maintain context, analyse complex situations and make decisions. Horus deploys them with full business control - using Human-in-the-Loop models for high-risk processes and BPMN orchestration as the governing layer.

What types of organisations does Horus work with?

We specialise in large organisations (500+ employees) in the following sectors: telecommunications, banking and finance, insurance, retail and logistics, manufacturing. Our solutions are scaled for corporate environments with regulatory requirements and complex IT infrastructure.
